Your mental health and sanity is nothing to play with! Lately, I've noticed that my attitude has been changing and not in a great way. So I had to take some time out for myself and work on bringing positivity back into my life/space.
But first things first pay attention to what affects your mood. Is it friends, family, coworkers, your job?
Monitor vibes this week, if you notice that when a certain friend calls you, your mood changes then you may want to re-evaluate your friendship.
To be transparent, being positive is a daily task that's definitely not easy. As soon as you try to work on it, the enemy sends his trolls to try to knock you off your block.
